HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors)

*MUST BE HYBRID OUT OF NY OR LOS ANGELES OFFICE AT LEAST 2 DAYS PER WEEK*
Overview & Responsibilities

The Manager, HR Operations will be responsible for the development and design of SAP security components within SuccessFactors. They will work with Data Owners, Product Owners & Project Architects to understand the requirements and then propose, design & implement security based on these requirements!

The Manager, HR Operations will be responsible for designing role-based permissions, processes and routines and drive needed changes within the area. The Manager, HR Operations must adhere to policies & standards whilst implementing the solution using best practices. They will work with various project teams to ensure that Success Factors security solutions are integrated into various applications & comprehensively tested to avoid any kind of security breach. They will contribute to technical documentation, security awareness & cross team training.

The Manager, HR Operations will work continually to develop advanced skills and strive to foster broader organizational maturity in these areas!

Responsibilities
• Understand security requirement by business and project and setup Success Factors roles-based permissions design for Success Factors implementation.
• Provide Role Based Permissions (RBP) expertise for Success Factors implementation.
• Perform Validation of roles and RBP testing.
• Support role audit and reviews.
• Understand security requirements provided by business or project requirements. Design, develop & implement security solutions to meet these requirements using best practice methodology.
• Troubleshoot security related issues & deploy security fixes by updating the appropriate security roles & authorizations objects.
• Determine conflicts of interest, excessive access, and impact of authorization combinations on access to remediate identified security concerns.
• Establish, improve, and maintain security procedure documentation, developer security guidance and configuration processes. Support development of business plans, strategies, policies, standards, processes, and procedures to enable security and compliance.
• Interact with different teams to ensure that security is implemented as designed.
• Contribute and lead in innovation by identifying products to help streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot security related issues.
• Deploy security fixes by updating the appropriate security roles & authorizations objects. Complete tests in every system.
• Support existing project activities.
• Build and publish customized interactive reports and dashboards using Success Factors products, including Work Force Analytics, Advanced Reporting, Canvas reports, and People Story.
• Leverage best practice technology solutions to create dashboards to visualize data using Report Center, Workforce Analytics (WFA), and People Story.
• Performance-tune reporting queries and dashboards.

Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
• Document security design to help with troubleshooting.
• Provide training on security processes in existing & new applications.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement by contributing suggested practices, lessons learned.
• Provide security expertise when consulted as a subject matter expert.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Success Factors Employee Central Certified (Preferred)
• 3+ years' experience on working with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Role Based Permissions for Success Factors.

Additional Qualifications
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Security concepts; Expertise in design & implementation of complex security models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to guide & lead various project teams on security implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are required for the timely resolution of complex customer issues.
• Ability to monitor and report on multiple deliverables with a focus on meeting/exceeding deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact effectively with various levels of staff in both technical and business roles.
• Ability to articulate security policies, procedures, and guidelines to all levels of staff.
• Ability to innovate, and to learn and retain new skills as required in supporting a continually changing technical environment.
• Advanced skills in reporting and analytics applications.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 125,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
