Overview and Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking to add a new team member, the Learning Coordinator, to the Paramount Learning Team. We are part of the People Development group, which also includes Talent Management and Engagement.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of a range of learning activities and projects. This includes organizing event logistics, administration of the company wide LMS, and coordinating of operational activities that enable the successful design and execution of programs. You will also create learning and reinforcement content, serve as a tech producer in our classes, and facilitate select topics.

Learning Program Management:
• Serve as a superuser of the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the annual learning calendar: Input training events, oversee registrations, assign training credits, send surveys, and manage reporting and analytics
• Coordinate and execute training logistics for in-person programs (conference room reservations, setup and takedown, printing materials, assembling activities, ordering catering via local vendors around the world), and virtual programs (Zoom links; sending prework and post-work); communicate directly with participants at all levels and contribute to a positive learner experience by anticipating and responding to participant and facilitator needs
• Order and inventory of training supplies, and respond to learner e-mails in company-wide Learning mailbox

Learning Design & Facilitation:
• Serve as a tech producer during select programs, communicating in real time with all course participants and troubleshooting technical issues on Zoom
• Invent new, unique ways to promote courses/learning opportunities to all employees. Manage contests, surveys, and other events (in-person and virtual) that build the Learning team brand
• Develop e-learning playlists for courses and leverage our online content library to support learning transfer, in addition to creating unique learning reinforcement programs
• Develop additional learning content, including participant guides and similar collateral
• Facilitate (or co-facilitate) select DEI-based courses for various employee audiences
• Partner with Learning team leads on related projects or similar duties

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience working in administration with bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Learning and Development, Organization Development, Sociology, Psychology, or Human Resources preferred, or degree in a related field
• Experience using survey tools and presentation platforms (e.g., Zoom)
• Experience collecting, creating, and presenting information and or data to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting medium to large programs with a sense of ownership (i.e., exceptional follow-up, attention to detail, and a customer service orientation)
• Understanding and knowledge of DEI concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Calendar, etc.)

Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Cornerstone or Success Factors
• Previous exposure to a media or tech business
• A keen eye for design and playful creativity
• Ability to establish rapport and credibility with people at all levels, including internal colleagues and external vendors, across domestic and international locations
• Ability to learn quickly with a sense of curiosity, strong resourcefulness, and the mental acumen to reason through issues, track down answers, and resolve problems
