Overview and Responsibilities:

The Ad Operations team is seeking a catalyst Campaign Manager to join efforts growing global revenue in partnership with direct sales, programmatic direct, and internal buy-side marketing teams. We work closely with teams throughout the organization providing ad operations expertise to drive palpable and scalable campaign execution. In this role, you will be a key contributor supporting Digital Ad Sales and Marketing Groups. The ideal Manager will have the unique opportunity to spearhead publisher ad operations for pivotal initiatives across the digital portfolio! You will take ownership of detailed online advertising campaign executions across a myriad of video and display placements on platforms including web, app, STB VOD, addressable, and connected devices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Design direct digital campaigns, focusing on timely, accurate implementations, and full campaign delivery
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance against delivery and critical metric objectives
• Proactively conduct in-depth QA using debugging tools
• Troubleshoot creative issues, implement custom executions, monitor under/over delivery issues, optimize for viewability, address brand safety concerns, and be knowledgeable about site ad tagging logic to address ad disruption issues
• Cultivate project management skills throughout the creation and scheduling of custom, integrated campaigns, as well as tentpole event sponsorship, in tandem with various internal and external teams
• Review industry trades to stay current with developments in online advertising and online media

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience navigating the life cycle of digital advertising campaigns

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with third party ad serving technologies (such as DCM, Innovid, Clipcentric, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Rich Media and Video Encoding, web page composition and analytics, HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Exemplary experience with ad serving platforms (i.e. Freewheel MRM/Google Ad Manager)
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP)
• Acute attention to detail
