Analyst, RTR - Fixed Assets and Lease

This is a great opportunity to join the Paramount team! As a new member of our RTR department, you will have the opportunity to work with other members of your team to ensure that all of our financial operations run smoothly.

We're looking for a new team member to join our RTR department.

As a Analyst you are expected to own a variety of tasks:
• Raise and maintain purchase orders for contractual obligations arising from lease agreements
• Operate our Lease Accelerator system to add new or modify/terminate existing lease agreements and ensure proper US GAAP accounting for leases
• Prepare quarterly reporting around leases
• Request capex project numbers as detailed in the capital expenditure requests and communicate with the business
• Work with external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews/audits by preparing information requests and addressing inquiries

Must-Have Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Business English (B2/C1 or above)
• MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)

Advantages:
• A few years of relevant work experience in the field of accounting and/or finance
• Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively with people at different levels within the organization
• CPA, ACCA (or equivalent)
• Experience in SAP (especially fixed asset management)
