For our office in Toronto, we are now on the lookout for enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the opportunity to be part of an innovative, collaborative, and fast-paced entertainment brand.
The role
The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager is a part of the Marketing department, reporting to the VP Marketing and will be responsible for leading, planning and executing campaigns for our Pluto TV content by defining and setting goals as well as identifying our audience targets. This is a hybrid role in Toronto, with the possibility to work remotely.
Main responsibilities
• Create and manage innovative brand campaigns (TV, OOH, Digital Brand, Organic Social etc.) to drive awareness and engagement of the brand and content
• Measure impact of each campaign and carry-forward lessons learned into new ones
• Lead creative development process from concept to deployment in collaboration with creative teams and/or agencies
• Partner with internal and external teams to define and develop unique marketing campaigns for our channels and programming highlights
• Prepare and present strategic updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Onboard and manage relevant agencies (media, creative, social, experiential)
• Manage the brand marketing budget including setting up purchase orders and billing
• Cooperate closely with different stakeholders within the organization including but not limited to Tech & Product, BI, Creative, Finance, Content, and Public Relations teams
Who are you?
We believe you are someone with a keen interest and enthusiasm in working within the fast-moving media industry. You have proven management/supervisor skills and a passion for content and entertainment - particularly for TV, Movies, and streaming.
• Bachelor's or preferably master's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a proven track record of managing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns
• Profound experience in cross-platform marketing, online and/or consumer marketing
• Excellent data analysis and data-based decision-making skills
• Experience in handling large marketing budgets in co-operation with media agencies

• Creative and agile work methods, comfortable with working in international teams
