Scope of Job: We are looking for a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to help lead downstream testing activities (test execution, defect triage, and Line of Business partner communication) for Native Applications!

Responsibilities include oversight, test execution, monitoring, and collaboration within an Agile/DevOps environment. This team will be instrumental in our bi-weekly delivery within our continuous integration environment. The model has many multifaceted components and requires a knowledgeable, and focused individual to help sustain standard methodologies and drive deliverables.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in Maintaining the integrity and health of the production applications
• Devise a Bi-weekly Plan to accommodate incoming features from upstream teams, reoccurring regression, and institutional learnings
• Bi-Weekly Execution across all Native Platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon), which consists of both manual and automated scenarios
• Establish partnerships with other Downstream Quality Groups
• Establish Synergy with the various Upstream feature Teams
• Assist and guide non-senior members of the team
• Consolidate and successfully communicate complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consolidate status updates which include Risk Assessments and Go/No Recommendations
• Generate a support plan around various models for App Store submission and deployments
• Lead post-deployment test operations
• Provide support for emergency fixes

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is ideal and/or a combination of education and work experience will also suffice.
• 4+ years of Native testing experience (Apple, Google, Amazon)
• Understanding of the Fundamentals of Quality Assurance and various types of testing
• Proficient with Proxy Tools regarding gathering and manipulating network traffic (Charles Proxy, Fiddler) across native platforms.
• Proficient with VPN clients (ExpressVPN, NordVPN, GeoEdge, etc.)
• Understanding of Basic Networking (PAN, LAN)
• Experience with video playback, encoding, and live-stream testing
• Experience with Developer environments (Android Studio, Apple Xcode)
• Experience with continuous development and build tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
• Excellent skills in communication
• Flexibility and willingness to learn both independently and with other team partners
• Experience with SQL, Unix, Java, or Python is a bonus
• Background in Streaming Technology, Media, or Entertainment is ideal

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $75,000.00 - 85,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
