V Creative is a fast-moving department with a high turnover of short-form work. The department is responsible for creative output ranging from promos, social, brand development through to high profile multiplatform 360 marketing campaigns for show launches and Events.

A senior and vital role within the Creative team, you will report into and work closely alongside the Head of Production to ensure the smooth running of all projects and workflows across the department. You will oversee and manage all areas of allocated production and be the key production contact for the wider business.

You will be responsible for project management of key projects as well as the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring all creative demands are delivered with creative excellence on time and on budget. Demonstrating strong management skills, you will collaborate and motivate teams across projects, whilst keeping a keen eye on detail of budgets and schedules.

What will you be doing?
• Production Management
• Responsible for supporting Head of Production in running the day-to-day management of campaigns as well as clip-based promo make lists, resource allocation and budget management ensuring all creative demands are delivered on time
• Responsible for managing any last-minute schedule change impacts within available resource, ensuring we work to, and deliver, a flexible and reactive workflow
• Responsible for managing 360 campaigns
• Responsible for cross brand project management of all key projects both on- and off-air when required, ensuring smooth running of all projects from initial stages of creative development through to production and final delivery
• Finance - Oversee organisation and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules across all campaigns
• Shoot Production - Liaise with programme production teams as needed for them to capture relevant marketing assets – photography and film.
• Project manage productions of on-air and off-air assets and oversee organisation for extensive promo and print shoot campaigns – with support provided by Production Coordinator and Production Assistant as required.
• Line manage and support several direct reports, as well as freelance producers where necessary
• Liaise with the legal, HR and finance departments for all contracts, NDA's, vendor selection, capex, payments, and implement new company policies effectively into the daily work routine e.g., freelancer employment guidelines, expenses and T&E, v/o contract negotiations, be aware of changes to accounts payable processes.

• Extensive knowledge of executing shoots
• Extensive knowledge of post-production and design workflows
• Knowledge of producing and delivering content to multiple regions
• Accomplished in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at any one time
• Extensive experience of project management and production processes across all media formats
• The ability to identify and resolve issues, prioritise, manage risk and deliver detailed work
• Accomplished in managing and developing project teams and working with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Accomplished negotiation skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Extensive experience with all aspects of short form and branding production
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety and risk assessment processes
• Experience of managing a production team – effectively motivating and developing staff to achieve high outputs
• Extensive experience of budget creation, execution and management
• Experience of solving complex problems
• Extensive experience in business affairs and legal and managing impact on creative projects
