Overview:

ViacomCBS Streaming is searching for a Marketing Manager to join the Media Strategy team for Paramount+! We are looking for a Manager that will help plan and implement search, social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing to drive growth for Paramount+. This person will help lead this group to meet our growing needs in these areas as well as identify efficiencies in our process and tools. The Manager will also be passionate about managing performance media budgets and identifying and driving high-quality Paramount+ subscribers to the platform, as determined by lifetime value. This position will report directly to the Sr Manager, Media Strategy, and can be in either Los Angeles or New York.

Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement acquisition campaigns to drive Paramount+ subscriber growth across direct-to-consumer online and offline media channels with a focus performance campaigns.
• Partner with marketing teams, internal media buying team, and external media agency to plan and optimize marketing spend across paid media channels to ensure acquisition and growth goals are met.
• Analyze tests and make recommendations for future testing/optimization across paid media channels (testing marketing variables including offer, copy/messaging, targeting and segmentation, and creative)
• Perform post-campaign analysis of paid media campaigns to drive and improve strategy
• Advocate for decisions backed by data using multiple data sources from tech stack, external partners and internal resources.
• Be proficient in exploring new channels for potential growth marketing opportunities, primarily on performance tactics.

Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ Years of Full Funnel Marketing Experience and/ or Media Strategy

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with analyzing critical metrics on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are optimizing return
• Ability to work across teams to understand & map out customer journeys and media touchpoints across devices and platforms
• Partner with media channel owners, platform/vendor partners, and key marketing partners to implement standards across paid media tactics using first and third-party data to inform decisions
