Overview and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for coordinating and managing daily operations of music production as assigned by the Director, Music Production.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Read incoming scripts and flag for music items
• Monitor PIX daily for updated script pages & shoot schedules for new or changed music items
• Work in SAP & Vista coding, inputting, checking & monitoring cost data
• Preparing, processing, tracking & organizing start forms and onboarding for all hired music editorial/production personnel
• Manage travel and visa arrangements for music production staff
• Book & coordinate production related activities (ie. Studios, cartage, rentals, catering, couriers)
• Process all Purchase Orders for the Music Production & follow up on all payment needs
• Receive, organize & follow up on all incoming invoices & current or outstanding payments
• Answers phones, maintains schedules and provides administrative support.
• Prepare union contracts for upload to payroll and follow up on edits/final invoicing
• Assist with residual cast lists
• Assist with union re-use preparation
• Assist with preparation of union contract packages & follow up with contractors for completion
• Attend scoring sessions when needed
• Work with accountants to provide payroll invoices, backup & payment status
• Maintain & update status charts
Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 2-4 years related experience
Additional Qualifications
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills; detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills; high attention to detail and follow through
• Knowledge of Film/TV production
• Demonstrated interest in music production

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 56,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
