Job Description
Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from Paramount Global, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment. The Marketing, Data & Operations organization plays a central role in the Paramount Streaming Group, responsible for the Consumer & Growth Marketing, Data & Insights and Business Operations for Pluto TV & Paramount+ at the cornerstone of growth across the free and pay streaming markets.

The Content Strategy & Marketing team within the Marketing, Data & Operations organization is charged with managing the digital brand integrity around Paramount+ programming with a focus on Scripted Original Series and Movies. We are at the cross-section of several functions, including (but not limited to) production, development and current programming, product, PR, social, distribution, operations, marketing and creative teams to drive content strategy, brand awareness and value around our growing pipeline of award-winning Paramount+ Originals across multiple consumer touch points anchored around our Paramount+ subscription streaming service. We also partner with third-party platforms to find solutions with producers to enhance our digital products and services.

Paramount+ Originals is looking for a Coordinator to join the content strategy & marketing team! The coordinator will provide administrative, research, and cross-platform content planning support for the Senior Vice President, schedule team meetings as needed, and from time to time, assist 2 VPs where project support may arise. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills (planning and prioritizing) with great attention to detail and a strong collaborative, team-player mentality. A positive, can-do attitude is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Phone and (internal/external) meeting scheduling coverage for SVP
• Develop, track and distribute department documents, internal trackers and other forms as needed
• Handle needs of the department while at Burbank offices (hybrid)
• Manage distribution of scripts and episodes
• Script and episodic coverage
• Research and planning responsibilities
• Assist in the creation of specific deck and presentation materials
• Schedule and coordinate department's cross-functional team meetings
• Schedule and coordinate producer and studio meetings
• Create and manage specific organizational systems for department
• Coordinate travel arrangements for SVP
• Process and track expense reports for SVP
• Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Key Projects:
• Track and maintain central repository for all shows and movies
• Update and create documents for tracking team coverage on Paramount+ series and movies
• Coordinate cross-show projects, as assigned, and occasional cross-department projects on behalf of the Content Strategy team

Qualifications:
• Previous desk experience at an agency, management company, or entertainment company
• 1-2 years of experience with premium online media or entertainment marketing
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent training and experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional computer skills including Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Suite
• Able to work independently and to effectively problem solve
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple tasks at once
• Ability to effectively interact with executives at Paramount as well as other internal and external clients, e.g. showrunners, filmmakers, etc.
• A passion for digital programming, streaming services, social media, and content marketing

Additional Qualifications:
• Candidates with a car would be ideal due to regular travel between Paramount offices
