Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join the Paramount+ Marketing Operations team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Mobile Operations team with curating and programming mobile marketing campaigns for the Showtime Bundle, Originals, and Sports Programming. In addition, the associate marketing manager will be responsible for compiling reports for our mobile channel.

The Associate Marketing Manager will work with a team of hardworking and passionate marketers to deliver an extraordinary experience for customers and strong results for our business. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced and high-performing environment.

This position will play a major role in the process of implementing push and in-app notifications for mobile, web and OTT devices, as well as supporting the team with any data requests from partners of the company. This role will also be collaborating with the Retention, Product, and BI teams to craft the mobile journey for all campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Build, QA, and deploy push and in-app journeys using Braze for mobile app, website, and OTT devices
• Assist with the creation of complex, personalized, and dynamic messages
• Compile weekly and monthly analysis reports on the mobile channel performance
• Benchmark and provide recommendations for improving subscriber mobile communications and app experience
• Identify areas of opportunity and mobile practices for key initiatives for Showtime Bundle and Originals Programming
• Support the broader Showtime Bundle working groups and serve as the a point of contact for mobile campaign-related items
• Demonstrate desire to deliver best in class mobile experience based on continuous learning
• Drive mobile app adoption by defining, developing, and collaborating with marketing and product teams
• Support the mobile marketing operations department with all campaign preparation and execution as needed

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution or running campaigns using a customer mobile platform (Braze experience is a plus)

Additional Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency using Excel and/or other data manipulation tools
• Basic HTML and CSS experience (Liquid experience is a plus)
• Working knowledge of data types and data systems is preferred
• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills!
• A track record of being a proven self-starter and great teammate, while also being able to function independently!
