Key Responsibilities
• Create impactful and cohesive graphic concepts that activate venues using client and brand style guide assets such as proprietary fonts, shape sheets, partner logos, and brand colors
• Design print and digital graphics such as experiential branding, large photo-ops, step & repeats, large format stage banners, credentials, wayfinding signage, screen media, placemaking, sponsor activations, and other guest-facing graphics as art directed by the project's design lead.
• Develop and present initial graphic opportunities to both our internal teams and external clients based on references such as site photos, venue CADs, 2D diagrams, 3D models, and other historical information.
• Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of all assigned graphic print deliverables to project stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with other members of the On Location team including the design team, program management, marketing, copywriters, and others.
Required Knowledge & Experience for Success
• 5+ years of experience designing graphics for print – large and small format – with an advanced understanding of color usage, typography, and composition as it relates to activating exciting hospitality experiences.
• Proven experience designing for events, experiential design, trade show design, hospitality, product activations, or similar areas (film, television, set design, production design, theme parks, themed entertainment.)
• Industry standard fabrication and print production processes, goods, materials, common event signage sizes, hardware solutions, printing in CMYK and PMS, and accurate file preparation for print.
• Excellent project management skills for the timely delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• On-site experience, providing in-the-field art direction to vendors and installers, during event installation is a plus.

Software Experience
• Daily work in the following software: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,
Word, Excel, Outlook), Keynote, Asana, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Slack
• Knowledge or Experience with the following a Plus: SketchUp, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Blender (or similar 3D software), Keyshot, Twinmotion, Podium
Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Follow administrative procedures for timesheets, time off requests, and other HR needs
• Keep up to date with any deliverables the Project Management team needs for billing purposes
Travel:
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 10% travel.
