Are you a ticket operations professional with excellent collaboration skills and a passion for sports? We would love to hear from you! We are looking for a Director of Ticket Technology and Operations to lead the ticketing operations functions of the Oklahoma City Thunder and provide support services to the Oklahoma City Blue of the NBA G League. As Director, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Ticketmaster ticketing system and coordinating across internal business departments (sales, finance, member services, etc..) to ensure accurate data and timely reporting. The Director has a built-in, dedicated and experienced team to work with on all facets of the business.

In this role you will:
• Oversee all ticket operations full season, partial plan, group sales and single game tickets and payments ensuring accurate pricing and package configuration.
• Oversee implementation of all ticket pricing in Archtics, Account Manager, Ticketmaster Host and Pricemaster.
• Coordinate with the member services and sales teams to build timelines and strategies.
• Oversee and maintain events and inventory.
• Collaborate on all NBA reporting with support from an experienced ticket operations team.
• Participate and plan all ticket presales and on-sales.
• Research and test new ticketing technologies and implement upgrades as needed.
• Serve as liaison with all third-party vendors such as Spinzo or FEVO in relation to special ticket offers, ticket fulfillment and all ticketing materials.
• Manage and support the training and development of the ticket operations team.
• Support the membership services department with season ticket member account requests.
• Collaborate with team staff to facilitate all player and visiting team ticketing needs, as well as, ownership and Basketball Operations.
• Handle digital distribution of tickets using numerous methods including mail, text, will-call, and expedited shipping methods.
• Support the Paycom Center box office ticket operations staff during games and special events to assist with plan holder ticket needs, resolve customer service issues, and troubleshoot ticketing questions.
• Use Ticketmaster platforms including Archtics, Account Manager, TM360, and TM Host.

What you'll bring to this role:
• Minimum 7 years experience working in ticketing operations, sports preferred.
• Experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster ticketing system is preferred
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and build positive professional relationships
• Detailed and excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications primarily Word and Excel

Additional details:

Employees will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered. Able to maintain a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Primary work location will be the Thunder corporate office located in downtown Oklahoma City at Paycom Center. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the VP, Ticket Sales, Member Services and Business Intelligence.
