Summary:

The Studio Learning & Engagement Programs Assistant will provide support to the Director as well as the growing needs of Nickelodeon Animation Studio.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Director of Studio Learning & Engagement in partnering with Recruitment, Outreach, studio leadership, and production on talent development initiatives and programs for employee retention, career pathing, evolving production and artistic needs, and culture building.
• Support team in day-to-day needs, including but not limited to calendaring, meeting coordination, travel, expense reconciliation, and ad hoc projects; monitoring task/project processes.
• Support key HR talent development and training programs, and studio initiatives.
• Support logistics for online and hybrid talent development trainings and events; program and help run Zoom Webinars and other broadcast events.
• Assist with in-person training and events at our studio.
• Assist team with multiple tiers of leadership and artistic trainings as it relates to the studio, productions, and employees; partnering with HR, Artist Management, and Recruitment.
• Ensure pipeline procedures are followed and workflow is seamless within programs.
• Support and cultivate strong relationships with internal Nickelodeon employees and external partners.
• Create flyers, copy, and graphics for outreach presentations and trainings.
• Assist in event marketing correspondence and distribution.
• Assist with the recording, post-production; editing event and training content; formatting for multiple social platforms (LinkedIn, Workplace, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok); creating copy and marketing strategy for distribution.
• Catalogue, track, and archive our growing library of recorded programming to serve our studio community and external outreach initiatives.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions for outreach, recruitment, and social media teams.

Qualifications:
• 1 year minimum of Animation production experience and/or knowledge of animation and related production software.
• Fluent in both creative and corporate communication styles.
• Takes initiative, works proactively and comfortable independently.
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
• Embraces working under pressure while effectively managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Must be a great communicator and presenter - via email, by phone and in person.
• Meticulous about the details and thorough, completes tasks and follows up.
• Must be able to handle confidential information.
• Curious about all aspects of studio training, talent development, and animation production and eager to be a support system for our studio employees.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro, Slack, and Zoom.
