EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, ANIMATION RECRUITING (PROJECT-BASED)
Overview and Responsibilities
Summary:
Assist the VP of Recruitment, Director of People and Culture in their daily Recruitment, Outreach and Talent Development functions.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain VP of Recruitment's schedule
• Answer VP of Recruitment's phone
• Copy and distribute necessary department-related documents
• Assist Recruitment, Outreach and Talent Development when requested
• Assist with weekly schedules
• Orders (swag, birthdays, meals, etc.) and department supplies as needed
• Update recruitment/outreach/talent development documents
• Answer mail
• Arrange travel for VP of Recruitment, Director of People and Culture or recruitment team when necessary
• Keep key personnel updated as to VP of Recruitment's schedule
• Help out on team projects wherever it's needed
• Assist with onboarding, orientation and new hire paperwork when needed
Basic Qualifications
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite, familiarity with internet and email
• Knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced production environment
• Good time management skills; good multi-tasker
Additional Qualifications
• BA/BS preferred
• Previous experience supporting HR/Recruitment departments; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
