Job Description
This critical team member acts as a working supervisor, establishing and ensuring strong working relationships with customers. As a Digital Ad Ops Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and developing the Digital Ad Ops coordinator team.

This role will oversee and educate on industry best practices within each platform and will advise teams within digital ad operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, interpret performance, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations.

JOB SUMMARY:
• Primary duties are trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting using both Google Ad Manager (GAM) ad server and an enterprise broadcast traffic and accounting system
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the: ticketing queue, campaign strategy, campaign activation, reporting, data discrepancies and meeting team SLA's
• Implement, improve, and maintain best operational procedures for the team

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Standard Responsibilities of a Digital Ad Ops Coordinator
• Responsible for ensuring team members are trained on all their job responsibilities. Provide leadership to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks or projects
• Support the Digital Ad Ops Director and Manager in the continual assessment of the web technology landscape and help lead in testing of different products including ad delivery, ad verification and measurement
• Work with customers to coordinate the necessary components for digital advertising products to ensure accuracy in ordering, layout/design, mechanical requirements, and billing
• Project manage and drive ownership of several internal large initiatives for the Digital Ad Ops team
• Help lead the team to continually identify and implement opportunities for improvement within team processes, supporting systems and communication channels
• Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met, including checking daily reports and providing team feedback
• Troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalating to third party vendors when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's level degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital advertising operations
• Must be able to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Hands on knowledge of ad serving systems and advertising tracking technologies, especially Google Ad Manager; with a strong understanding of ad inventory, trafficking and fulfillment.
• Accurate communication, planning, collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Strong customer service orientation, time management and prioritization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and basic web-based protocols and communication tools
• Superior project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep team members on track, on time and on budget.
• Superb attention to detail and organizational abilities, ability to troubleshoot and provide guidance and solutions for complex business challenges.
• Experience interacting directly with advertising clients, sales teams, and playing a hands-on role in helping to find options and solutions to client challenges.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to be On Call

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Strong technical skills; including HTML, JavaScript
• Solid understanding of the advertising technology landscape.
• Experience coaching and leading others and implementing procedures to streamline internal processes
• Excellent interdepartmental coordination and cooperation skills
• Willingness to go beyond the typical job requirements
