Job Description
The Senior Vice President – Group Sales & Sponsorship is responsible for managing existing sales projects and leading the development of new projects across the entire portfolio of broadcast stations and associated digital properties within the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Aggregates the scale of the company's multiple properties and platforms to generate unique revenue opportunities that are accretive and sustainable.
• Directs sales initiatives related to the Olympics, Super Bowl, NASCAR, March Madness, and other major sporting events across the portfolio.
• Develops localized and customizable sales content opportunities.
• Generates revenue opportunities for the company's stations including traditional placements, sponsorships, product placement, and customized content.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills:
• A minimum of five years' experience in broadcast, digital, or sponsorship revenue development while serving in leadership positions.
• Media industry expertise with established relationships at the agency and advertiser level.
• A college degree or an equivalent amount of education and work-related experience.
• Exemplary leadership skills and strategic vision, with the ability to execute multiple projects at the same time.
• The ability to develop unique marketing solutions to meet the needs of clients, while promoting a collaborative working environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience achieving long-range objectives and implementing the strategies and actions to achieve them.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The Senior Vice President – Group Sales & Sponsorship must be able to sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work in close proximity to others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
