(KHON2) Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator works with the Sales Management, Sales Team and other departments within the station to provide excellent customer service for our clients. The Sales Coordinator works within established guidelines to maximize station revenue opportunities from an order entry, traffic and accounting perspective. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for performing all clerical functions required by department personnel as needed.
• Maintains awareness of the most current sales policies, practices and procedures
• Order entry, scheduling content and commercials, and accounting data using computers, ledgers and other systems
• Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems
• Creates and executes sales and client PowerPoint presentations, event invitations, and other graphic needs when necessary
• Prepares forms and reports
• Monitors inventory
• Maintains files and other business records
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:
• Ability to organize, prioritize. multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Critical thinking, organization skills, computer literacy
• Preferred minimum one year's experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the sales or media fields
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Graphic design skills preferred
• High School diploma, College Degree preferred
• Fluency in English
