Job Description
The Local Sales Coordinator works within established Sales Department guidelines to maximize station revenue opportunities from an order entry, traffic, and accounting perspective. The sales coordinator will work closely with the account executives as the building block of Sales.

Responsibilities
• assisting the Local Sales staff with a variety of aspects of ad sales operations.
• Responsible for entering in television and online contracts, pulling spot times, handling make-goods and assisting the sales managers reports and trackers.
• Will develop deep knowledge of inventory and sponsorships.
• May interact with other departments like Traffic and Accounting.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Accuracy and efficiency are mandatory.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must enjoy interactions with team members.
• Performs other duties as needed
Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in support role preferred
• Prior experience in a sales department preferred
• Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a rapid, fast-paced environment
• Wide Orbit experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize
• MS Office proficiency
• Business acumen is a must
