Job Description
WGN America is looking for a Per Diem editor for News Nation, a 3-hour prime time newscast. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Assignments will range from quick voice overs to long form documentary style pieces. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
Candidate must have an undergraduate degree in journalism or related field and a minimum 5 years editing experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere and maintain sound news judgment.
