Job Description

The National Sales Assistant is responsible for entering and confirming all new, revised and cancelled national orders in addition to organizing and uploading all political files to the FCC website. The candidate will assist the National Sales Manager in day-to-day duties which include helping with pre-empted/displaced spots, researching billing discrepancies, reconciling credit memos, maintaining Paid Programming schedules and keeping an organized filing system. The NSA work very closely with the National Rep Firm and handle all incoming requests for pre/post logs, order confirmations and anything else the rep firm may need. The assistant will also help cover for the local sales assistant when necessary.

The applicant must have a high level of energy, organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Must be fluent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous experience in Wide Orbit and Medialine are also a plus.
