Job Description
Part-Time Live Drive 2

Drive camera-equipped news vehicle on area roads to show real-time traffic and weather conditions from 4:30am to 9am weekdays. Drive news vehicle and communicate via telephone with news producer and on air talent regarding location and road conditions.
• Must be able to work third shift.
• Reliable/always on time.
• Knowledge of Miami Valley roadways a must.
• Ability to shoot video a plus.
• Ability to work additional hours during severe weather and breaking news situations.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Conduct interviews with Public Information Officers to gather information to use on air.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in communication
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Training/Equipment:
• Operate news vehicle with camera equipment

Work Environment/Mental/Physical Requirements:
• High stress environment with deadline pressures.
• Travel will be required daily.
• Position requires work in extreme travel conditions.
