Job Description
Specific Duties:
• Administrator and point of escalation for the HR ticketing system.
• Responsible for ad-hoc reports within Workday based on business and/or customer needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, integrations, business processes and security in Workday.
• Maintain and design Workday configuration and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Partner with the Workday Application Engineer in the design and delivery of requirements for integrations (related to benefits and other vendors) in/out of Workday.
• Ability to document system changes for internal change management and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Perform key annual processes within Workday but not limited to: Annual Enrollment, Performance Reviews, Talent Management, Absence, etc.
• Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of bi-annual system upgrades or weekly patches.
• Operational knowledge of how Workday integrates with other internal systems
• Serve on or lead small project teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-3 years of HRIS experience, Workday highly preferred.
• Ability to make presentations to all levels within the organization.
• Ability to prioritize work to ensure customers are satisfied and systems are up and running at all times.
• Ability to analyze business and technical processes and determine ways of making them more efficient.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Must have collaborative work style.
• Must be able to maintain the strictest confidence.
