Job Description
This is an entry level position. The Receptionist greets and provides customer service to visitors. Additionally, the Receptionist answers and routes telephone calls, takes messages, accepts packages and performs ad hoc clerical duties as needed.
• The Receptionist greets and provides customer service to visitors. Additionally, the Receptionist answers and routes telephone calls, takes messages, accepts packages and performs ad hoc clerical duties as needed.
• This is a secondary Receptionist position. Main duties when the main receptionist is in are cleaning and organizing the break areas, office supplies, copier rooms and other assigned duties as needed.
• Delivering mail daily. Delivering FedEx and UPS mail when they arrive.
• Assist in answering the phones when they are busy.
• Take inventory of the supply room and notifying supervisor if any items need to be ordered.
• Assist in ordering in business lunches as needed, setting up conference rooms for meetings and cleaning them up after the meeting is finished.
• Someone who is very dependable and organized would do well in this position.
Requirements & Skills:
• Position is 9-6 Monday – Friday or it can be part-time 12 – 6 Monday through Friday (entry level position)
• High School diploma
• Corporate Dress code is Business – not business casual
• Fluency in English
• Dependability is very important
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Minimum one year's experience in clerical support or administrative assistance.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
