Job Description
The Special Projects Coordinator works with Sales Managers to oversee sales projects and coordinates with account executives, promotions, digital and productions teams to ensure fulfillment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Processes complex sales orders in a timely manner and with accuracy.
• Maintenance of orders (assisting with make goods and changes).
• Assists traffic log coordinator to fill unsold inventory with station promotional messages.
• Communicates with clients and coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve problems.
• Coordinate Sales Department projects and promotions to ensure all pieces are executed.
• Consistently meets or exceeds deadlines on projects.
• Assist General Sales Manager with programming updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Less Frequent/Backup Responsibilities:
• Provide backup to Lifestyle Show Coordinator
• Provide backup to Digital Ad Ops Coordinator
• Maintain political file protocol

Requirements & Skills:
• College Degree
• Fluency in English – Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners and other office equipment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadline
