Sydney based role, 12-month fixed term contract (likely be extended/made permanent). Up to $80,000 + super.

What you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Internal Recruiter:

With an agile mindset, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for delivering successful recruitment outcomes for Paramount ANZ stakeholders. With 597 different types of roles within our Australian business alone, no two days are ever the same!

Maybe you're looking for a change from agency recruitment? Maybe you're an internal recruitment consultant looking for a new challenge, or maybe you're seeking an exciting new industry?

Duties/responsibilities including:
• Understanding of current and future talent requirements
• Building qualified pipelines for hard to fill and frequently hired roles
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across various departments nationally

What are we looking for in a Talent Acquisition Partner? What's important?
• 6-12 months experience in end-to-end internal and/or agency recruitment
• A 'can do' positive attitude
• An ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A strong customer service mindset
• Good social and relationship skills
• Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills and experience
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
