What you'll do as a Digital Campaign Manager:
The Digital Campaign Manager role is part of a dynamic team responsible for driving a range of projects from a technical and ad operations perspective, with a key focus on video. This role is a parental leave fixed term contract based in Sydney.
This role requires managing and owning all video, online display, mobile, rich media and targeted campaigns for the local sales team. They will be the point of contact for ad serving inquiries, campaign management, troubleshooting and any other technical & campaign related issues.
More Specifically, you'll be doing things like this:
• Campaign management (campaign set up, monitoring, trafficking etc)
• Liaising with external client/sales on campaign/creative optimisation
• QA all creative that go live and ensuring they are built to ViacomCBS specifications
• Troubleshoot issues: All display creative, custom executions, under/over delivery issues, viewability, brand safety, site ad tagging etc.
• Required Administration duties, reporting, analysis, delivery of results, etc
What are we looking for? What's essential?
• At least 1 year experience in the media industry
• Experience of ad serving/tracking/booking technologies (such as Google AdManager 360/Atlas/Mediamind, Sizmek, IAS, MOAT, DCM, Operative One, Celtra, Freewheel)
• Familiarity with video, online display, mobile advertising, behavioral targeting and video encoding
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
• strong organizational, verbal and analytic skills
• Excellent communication skills, follow through and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Extreme attention to detail
You might also have:
• A tertiary degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of Rich Media and HTML5, web page composition and analytics
• Knowledge of audience measurement such as Nielsen DAR
• Experience with Design systems such as Photoshop, DoubleClick Studio etc.
• Knowledge of Programmatic advertising
• Experience with Content Management Systems
