Netherrealm Studios seek a Senior Live Ops Designer to join our mobile team in creating immersive gaming experiences. Join a historic game studio working on legendary gaming IP's Mortal Kombat and Injustice.

The Live Ops Designer focuses on all aspects of live events for our games, from design to analytics to community. They work with other groups to create gaming content for our fans after initial launch.

Seeking candidates that excel in planning, communication, creativity, and scheduling.

The Daily
• Help plan long term Live Ops roadmaps with Product Management, Community, and Development Leads
• Schedule events on a weekly and monthly cadence
• Design, document, and direct implementation of events with the Design team
• Review performance of the events and changes in key metrics
• Monitor the community response and sentiment
• Be creative and deliver the core fantasy of the IP

The Essentials
• Experience in running Live Ops for a successful mobile title
• Experience in designing and creating game content including detailed documentation
• Familiarity with free-to-play game economies and Product Management concepts
• Proactive mindset

The Nice to Haves
• Experience working with external, international partners
• Experience with Community and Marketing
• Familiarity with Mortal Kombat and the DC universe
