The Job
NetherRealm Studios is looking for a Live Operations Assistant Producer to support the Live Operations team. Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams, Live Operations teammates facilitate the positive engagement of players within our games through consistent execution and responsive communication. The Live Operations Assistant Producer ensures that promotions and special events are delivered to players without error and maximizes the player experience with every interaction. As a Live Operations Assistant Producer, your careful attention to detail will ensure the best experience for our players and community.

The Daily
• Enter live event data into multiple first-party and third-party delivery systems
• Test live events and promotions on iOS and Android mobile devices
• Communicate inconsistencies and concerns amongst the broader team
• Document live operations issues and tool limitations / needs
• Assist other Live Operations department members as needed

The Essentials
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience as a user of mobile gaming and gaming communities
• Familiarity with current mobile gaming trends, live events, and player interactions
• Passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to NetherRealm's active titles

The Nice to Haves
• Experience with Jira issue tracking software
• Experience with Swrve marketing automation platform
• Undergraduate degree in a gaming related field
• Games industry experience, ideally on AAA titles
