As part of the EMEA Corporate Real Estate, Employee Health, Workplace, Safety and Security team (CREWS), the successful individual will play a key role in managing the corporate office in London.
The main responsibility of the Workplace Team is ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations and experience to provide best-in-class environments to drive the UK business forward. The successful candidate will be mainly focused on proactively managing all local space planning activities, including; data driven moves, adds & changes, furniture management (procurement through to reuse) and space stakeholder engagement

The role reports to the Workplace Operations Manager, London.
• Manage and plan all local aspects of space planning and occupancy support in partnership with the S&O team and local Workplace team.
• Diligently and accurately update Space and Occupancy Headcount tracker ensuring data is real time and readily available.
• Set communication cadence and expectations with space captains on any changes required, HC Growth and space requirements updates.
• Plan and assist moves, adds and changes.
• Proactively manage and update Serraview/ Engage global space planning tool. Including but not limited to; Neighbourhood assignment, update floor plans, space type classification.
• Initiate and support implementation of all Space Planning initiatives
• Support the EMEA S&O team with future openings and general S&O support using local office knowledge and sharing lessons learned.
• Independently oversee space type change projects via a cross-functional partnership with Workplace, Construction, Design EHS and S&O teams
• Work with the wider Workplace team to ensure smooth delivery of the relocation management process which exceeds expectations, continuing through to future needs as the business requires.
• Provide input and feedback to the x-functional team to support better decision making, optimising relocations and FFE service, ensure adherence to established KPIs and inform of changing business strategies within the vertical.
• Partner with the S+O team to manage meetings to review move schedules with move vendors and key stakeholders.
• Effectively partner with a diverse team of peers, contractors, and multiple vendors with a focus on teamwork and growth.
• Assist with work orders and small projects, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations, events & meetings, technical spaces, and space enhancements.
• Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions and resolve post-move issues.
• Maintain a healthy supply chain of sustainable furniture Vendors.
• Support Netflix Sustainability goals and commitments through reducing embedded carbon and waste in furniture.
Qualifications & experience
• CAD/Revit qualification desirable
• Minimum 5 years experience of managing space and occupancy
• Experience using CAFM system
• Experience of scaling space growth and managing change process
• Office relocation experience
• Google suite knowledge
• Sourcing and procurement of furniture
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• This role continuously evolves the standards and planning of the program, takes training and/or engages with vendors on new/best practices.
• Develops strong trusted relationships with partners in their respective CREWS teams to ensure alignment and strategic understanding of the business' needs.
• Supports Netflix's London ergonomics program post-evaluation, from employees receiving their furniture and equipment recommendations to the successful delivery and set-up of their items.
• Partners with EMEA EHS Manager to recommend ergonomics and work from home furniture and oversee equipment inventory.
• Provides direction, guidance, and feedback to furniture vendors during regular syncs.
• Develops workflows, KPIs, and best practices for furniture vendors to ensure they are providing excellent service to employees in accordance with program goals and Netflix's Culture.
• Partners and engages regularly with the Health & Safety team on program and furniture alignment.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to offer new and innovative solutions for the Netflix furniture programs, including improvement updates to workflows, evaluations, equipment and furnishings, reporting, and training.
• Manages day to day ergonomic furniture and accessories, work orders requests, using ticketing systems to capture data and communicate with employees.
• Provides specialized furniture and equipment data and reports to numerous stakeholders across CREWS.
• Measures employee MAC experience, satisfaction and reports on a quarterly basis.
• Assists with stretch assignments as needed.
