As the Regional Head of Creative Production, you will grow, develop and lead a team that is ultimately responsible for communicating what is special about the stories on our service. Your team defines the creative & operational strategy for how we represent titles on our service and partners with internal and external partners to execute against that strategy. Leveraging the personalization of our Product experience, this team strives to authentically represent the multiple narratives that exist in every story so that our members can discover the stories that they love.

In this role, you are at the intersection of content, marketing and product powering one of the most transformational shifts in the industry. Our members can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen. In 2012 we started producing our own original content, which allowed us to address our audience's vast and diverse needs around the world.

Ideal candidates will:
• Bring nuanced and deep global experience to the team which allows you to provide input on creative from a local and regional market perspective and help to uplevel the broader team to become truly global first.
• Be equally comfortable in ''left brain'' or ''right brain'' problem solving, but be most excited when both are deployed at the same time and understand how to leverage data and insights to push (not hinder) the boundaries of creative excellence.
• Have an eye for compelling creative, inspire and set a high bar for quality, and advocate effectively on behalf of what's best for the member experience.
• Are equally adept at identifying, innovating and developing opportunities for efficiency and increased impact for the team (operational excellence).
• Be an excellent leader who sees the big picture. You know how to inspire your own team through the challenges of a rapidly evolving business, and you are an invaluable colleague to your cross-functional stakeholders and partners working closely with them to recognize opportunities and synthesize strategy across domains.
• Connect the dots across product, content, marketing, operations, design, and engineering to ensure that our titles are presented on the service in an authentic & personalized way.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years experience managing large (100+) teams in an environment that has had to scale with rapid company and market growth.
• Proven experience building a diverse team: hiring, developing and managing high performers.
• Experience working in a global environment and a developed understanding of the nuances of successfully navigating and synthesizing across multiple cultures.
• First hand experience with A | B testing is a plus; comfort in working at a company where data and insights are heavily leveraged in decision making is a requirement.
• Proficiency in EMEA language(s) other than English.
