As a Dubbing Title Specialist, you will be responsible for how members experience dubbed audio, ensuring Netflix customers across the globe get the highest quality experience from our localized audio assets. As we continue to add support for new languages and expand our global membership, providing best-in-class localized content is critical to our success.

The Role

The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic thinker that thrives in managing a multitude of tasks while safeguarding all title-level requirements. You will be working on Netflix's growing catalogue to manage project progress, quality control, and the launch of all dubbed assets. Managing end-to-end dubbing includes working closely with internal and external partners to direct and/or influence outcomes even amidst ambiguity. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who can maintain a holistic approach while getting as tactical as necessary to deliver the content. Applicants must work across all components of Dubbing alongside in-territory teams to produce high-quality global audio assets in up to 36+ languages.

Responsibilities
• Manage supplemental dubbing orders for a title and long form as needed.
• Ability to create strategies and drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot tools as needed at the title-level.
• Liaise with internal employees on strategy, deadlines and missing information.
• Foster and support consistent communication with cross-functional teams including Content Acquisitions, Language Production, Post Production, Marketing, Legal, Globalization, Business Affairs, Product Creative Services, etc. to ensure strategy alignment around the global distribution of Netflix original content.
• Monitor quality control throughout the lifecycle of your projects.
• Work with external partners to ensure dubbed assets are in a launch-ready state by a designated date.
• Make sound independent decisions, and know when to escalate issues.
• Follow the strategy for Operational and Creative Excellence as it relates to both supplemental and long form.
• Work on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:
• Passion for languages and dubbing quality.
• 3+years of project management experience (creative/operations) or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools, and workflow.
• Must be a team player and self-starter with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and understand how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
• Able to organize and update information on a regular basis.
• Excellent communication, technically inclined, while able to adapt and learn different tools and software.
• Proven track record to independently manage projects.
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current dubbing workflows.
• Ability to manage urgent matters within a sensitive timeline, and be discrete in maintaining confidential information.
• Ability to analyze and create strategies (both creative and operational) to improve tools, workflows, and processes.
• Results-oriented with a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment.

Skills
• Understanding or experience with audio terminology
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Google Suite, Apple (Keynote, Numbers, Pages).
• Data management.
• Prior working knowledge of dubbing or localization, ProTools, audio nomenclature, quality control metrics is a plus.

Languages
• Fluency in written and spoken English required. Being bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
