To support our growth in Los Gatos, we are looking for an exceptional Talent Coordinator to join our team. We'll give you the context to be effective, the resources to be efficient and we'll get out of your way so that you can curate a personalized experience for your candidates as they learn more about the work they would do and people they'd do it with if they were to join Netflix.

As part of the global Talent Coordinating Team, you will be responsible for designing a high touch candidate experience that reflects the Netflix culture and thoughtfully includes local cultural nuances. This requires close collaboration & partnership with talent acquisition, hiring managers, panelists, executive assistants, etc.

In this role you will:

• Be an Optimizer - You find the quickest way to coordinate the logistics of an interview while not compromising on providing an incredible experience for both our candidates and stakeholders.
• Be a Host - You are an attentive and hospitable host for our candidates while they are onsite at Netflix.
