The key responsibility for this role would be to program manage scaled Talent and Learning initiatives and help execute the learning programs strategy in the region. This role plays a focal role in connecting with the Global L&OD function to understand the program slate and help bring that expertise, best practices, materials & tools into the region. This role will also work very closely with the country/sub-region L&OD teams to ensure that there is seamless communication and knowledge management and the country teams have access to all the right tools, resources and materials.

This role would also be responsible for creating a compelling communication strategy to educate employees about learning initiatives and manage the network of external experts. Using data & insights to measure employee learning experience and program impact would also be critical. This role would play a critical role in being the nerve center of program management in collaboration with the Country HR coordinators to scale broader talent initiatives across multiple offices in the region.
