Job Description

It's an exciting time to join the Compensation Team at Netflix as we continue to expand! We have a unique approach to compensation here which helps us attract and retain stunning colleagues around the world. Our compensation team owns the design, education and communication aspects of our equity compensation (our stock option program) in partnership with our finance team (note our finance team runs point on all aspects related equity administration and operations including compliance and accounting policies). Given Netflix's unique culture, we need compensation team members that can work without conventional structures and paradigms. This requires a skill set that can balance both the art and science of compensation design.

We are hiring a Program Manager focused on the education and communication of our global equity compensation program. This person will also help set equity compensation strategy and design in collaboration with our Compensation Partners. This person will be responsible for partnering closely with the finance team charged with the administration and operations of our stock option program as well as with our Employee Service, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Mobility and HRBP teams.

In this role you will:
• Serve as the primary (single) point of contact for employees on equity programs
• Monitor slack channels, google groups, and stock distribution lists to address or re-route employee questions
• Ensure Talent and Human Resource teams have knowledge and tools to communicate the value of the equity component of our compensation (e.g., leverage, pre-tax investments, the ability to choose, etc.)
• Own, create, and maintain new hire and open enrollment education for both domestic and international employees including virtual learning and live presentations
• Responsible for content on our Employee Landing Page
• Identify additional opportunities for employee financial education and literacy to encourage program engagement
• Manage our annual open enrollment timeline, strategy, and communications

What we are looking for:
• Experience in equity compensation
• Rockstar communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt communication to different learning styles
• Strong analytical skills
• Comfortable assessing large data sets through google sheets or excel models
• Eager to learn
• Navigate ambiguity and be comfortable with some level of inconsistency
• The ability to make the complex simple
• Bi-lingual would be a plus
