Program Manager - Content Localization Operations

We are looking for an experienced Content Localization Operations Program Manager who will drive operational excellence in a number of ways: identify and execute opportunities and propose solutions; create efficiencies; optimize workflows; and establish quality standards for content localization. Through rigorous analysis and insightful data, you will develop ways to improve our process to continuously evolve and scale our business. You will lead initiatives that leverage technology, our team, and innovation, to achieve our mission to maximize business performance and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy definition
• Partner with content localization's management team to craft our operational strategy and implement a roadmap based on that strategy
• Analyze business challenges, develop initiatives that drive scale, remove operational blockers, and increase productivity

Process improvement
• Evaluate current processes and prioritize recommended tooling and workflow improvements with partner teams
• Drive operational innovation projects end-to-end (identify, scope, test and implement)
• Build and drive adoption of these new operational models
• Develop optimized framework for exception-based workflows
• Establish operational key metrics and conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends, ensure high quality localization standards, and measure success

Cross-functional collaboration and evangelization
• Partner with cross-functional teams (like dubbing or finance) to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
• Hold stakeholders and ourselves accountable to agreed deliverables and timelines
• Establish reliable, accurate, and timely communications on our roadmap, using data to communicate the impact of the operational solutions
• Hold QBRs and proactively communicate with executive leadership and the rest of the organization as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Masters degree in Business management, Localization, Operations management, Logistics, International studies, technology management or equivalent experience is applicable
• 10+ years experience in program management working in operations, global software or product launches, creative content and/or subtitle localization desired
• 10+ years of product or program management at senior levels desired
• Expertise in Agile and lean production methodologies
• Ability to lead large scale technical, and cross functional programs to delivery in Fortune 500 companies
• Experience managing complex, long-term organizational change programs
• Knowledge of Tableau & SQL desired
