The Product Creative Studio team partners with content creators and distributors to define and develop the strategy and creatives for how their content is represented on Netflix to members around the world.
Our purpose is to create joy for our members by helping them discover stories they'll love - and we do this by marrying entertainment and visual storytelling with data and innovation to develop creative (artwork and video) for touchpoints across the Netflix experience.
As a Producer within the Product Creative Studio team, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of promotional creative suites and have the unique opportunity to play a key role in how Indian content is creatively represented on the Netflix product experience. Being highly organized, impact-driven, collaborative, and possessing an eye for detail are essential to success in this role.
A Typical Day May Include
• Developing and driving a disciplined approach to working with external agencies and designers to help bring creative work from conceptual to creative locked delivery files.
• Building strong relationships with partner teams to drive the finalization of creativity.
• Timeline management
• Gathering internal context and creative materials from Marketing, Content and Research partners to assist in building strategic positioning for every title on service.
• Managing and coordinating the delivery of materials to external creative agencies to ensure effective kickoff of all creative development.
• QCing creative/providing feedback on best practices, researching and investigating details required for successful completion, trafficking to internal partners, overseeing successful delivery.
• Building presentation decks and slideshows of product asset suites for internal and external presentations.
• Updating deadlines, assets, milestones, and partners on project management tools and trackers to maintain clarity and ensure perfect deliveries of conceptual assets in our fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with external agency partners to ensure timely and Product-spec-accurate delivery of conceptual locked assets for the product.
• Supporting strategists on test initiatives. Understanding, reviewing, and capturing results from creative image testing to help synthesize and place them into relevant post-launch reports and presentations.
• Partner closely with strategists on select titles to drive the creative and strategic development themselves, from kickoff to production handoff.
• Supporting and developing systems and processes that maximize team members' productivity.
Experience
• 7 years of experience in hands-on project management at a creative agency or hub (artwork, AV).
• Familiarity and curiosity around technology-enhanced workflows and tools.
• Passionate about problem-solving and entrepreneurship.
• Exemplary organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
• Comfortable conversing and articulating in English
• Proficiency in Hindi and other Indian languages is a plus.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and creative partners in India and across the globe.
• Must be capable and conversant in all aspects of digital creative, image production workflows, and video specs.
• Understand, advocate, and embody the company's values and team goals with courage and empathy.
• An avid user of both your left and right brain.
• A fan of content and technology.
