Job Description
Netflix is seeking a talented leader to join the Platforms Partner Engagement team to drive the strategic product and technical relationship with key platform partners and deliver an amazing Netflix experience across a range of devices.

The Partner Engagement organization at Netflix works with companies like Roku, Amazon, Google, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, mobile and TV operators, etc. to bring Netflix to TVs, phones, tablets, and Pay TV set-top-boxes worldwide. Our goal is to ensure the best possible Netflix experience on the widest possible range of devices.

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, an excellent communicator and can effectively work across multiple, cross-functional teams to execute large scale programs. The ability to align multiple, long-term roadmaps via process analysis & design is a must. This position will require strong negotiation skills as well as a technical understanding of video-centric connected devices and consumer applications.

In this role, you will:
• Own strategic scaling platforms, influencing platform features and product designs to improve the Netflix experience while continuously optimizing for quality and efficiency.
• Navigate complex business and technology relationships and work with senior executives to establish platform standards and set engagement strategy.
• Be a collaborative leader who excels in peer-to-peer and executive level communication, both internally at Netflix and with your partners.
• Lead with confidence and with little supervision.
• Inform business decisions based on data and metrics.

To be effective, you ideally have the following domain experience:
• Experience building & managing long-term strategic relationships with leading platform, consumer electronics or operator partners.
• Strong technology background, ideally including hands-on work in embedded software and platforms and under-the-hood knowledge of video-centric CE devices such as TVs, streaming media players or game consoles.
• Successful leadership and delivery of full lifecycle implementation projects, and key roles in shipping significant consumer-facing software or services, especially related to media such as video or music.
• Experience in working with sales/business development teams and other non-technical functions in explaining technology products to internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the video-centric device and platform ecosystem trends.
• A passion for metrics and a track record for using data to drive decision-making.
