With 200m+ paid memberships in over 190 countries, Netflix is the world's leading streaming entertainment service and is powered by a work culture that's focused on high performance and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to join our Australian office to create local conversation and impact with key strategic partners as we continue to aggressively grow our slate of local and global original, exclusive content.

We're looking for an innovative, self-starter and experienced creative professional to fill the role of Manager, Brand & Partner Creative - ANZ who will be responsible for the end-to-end creative strategy and execution of Netflix's brand campaigns and brand partnerships.

Across the year you'll create a series of local brand moments, either through owned 360 brand campaigns that pierce the cultural zeitgeist or by co-marketing campaigns with strategic brand partners that promote our Netflix titles and brand.

We're looking for someone who can pitch, develop and execute creative for a rich mix of partners - ranging from those that increase acquisition (ISPs, telcos) to those who can deliver outsized conversation and local brand relevance (consumer/culture brands).

From global blockbusters like Bridgerton and The Queen's Gambit to our upcoming slate of distinctive, local series like Byron Baes and Heartbreak High, this is an opportunity to work on the most conversational series and film titles in the world.
Our ideal candidate is a creative leader and storyteller who can inspire partners through case studies and masterclasses, shape and pitch creative concepts that meet both partners goals, while also acting as creative and strategist lead for our own local brand campaigns.

We highly encourage reading the Who We Are section of the Netflix website and learning about the Netflix Culture to ensure that all candidates feel that Netflix is a good fit.

Core Responsibilities:
• Working in partnership with the Marketing Partnerships manager to deliver a suite of creative conversational campaigns for our strategic partners.
• Develop, lead and execute unique and conversational brand campaigns which place Netflix in the middle of cool and at the edge of culture in Australia + New Zealand.
• Serve as creative lead for local brand campaigns from print/OOH, trailers/AV/Social, events/activations to non-traditional headline-grabbing creative.
• Partnering with others in your team (film + series marketing, editorial + publishing) to deliver cross-functional excellence across our country marketing strategy.
• Introducing new partners to the Netflix brand and setting a creative strategy for co-marketing campaigns that ensure business objectives are met while always elevating the creative bar.
• Partnering with our Creative Marketing Production team to ensure our Netflix brand, titles and talent are featured appropriately in the execution of all partner creative, including always-on editorial channels and bespoke campaigns.

Skills and Requirements:
• 8+ years of track record in brand marketing at a brand and/or creative agency
• Experience in partnerships, entertainment and/or tech is a plus
• Demonstrable experience leading and driving creative strategy with notable brands
• Deep understanding of Aussie pop culture and the impact of cultural relevance
• A creative shepherd and problem solver who is able to drive multiple projects from start to finish, work independently and is comfortable with ambiguity.
• A media-agnostic thinker who can ideate for any space and has a meaningful body of cross-platform work to share
• A dots connector with a strong input on strategy and a clear POV on creative work
• Demonstrated ability to leverage insights and analytics to set creative strategy
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and drive results
• Copywriting and design experience a plus
