Our Learning & Development team plays a key role in ensuring our stunning leaders have what it takes to get the job done, and we are looking for a seasoned L&D Program Manager to support us with our leadership development, Organisational Development (OD) and inclusion learning initiatives.

This is a full-time position that will be part of the EMEA L&OD team. You will be a key partner to HRBPs and leaders across functions in EMEA, and will remain closely connected with the Global L&D team counterparts in Los Angeles.

The Role

This role reports to the Learning and Organisational Development Manager EMEA and is a key partner within our Global L&D team.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
• Consulting: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify development priorities and build leadership capability. Develop, and implement solutions targeting leader & team development, inclusion and diversity and overall organisational development solutions (team effectiveness, leader assimilation, offsites, team coaching, change etc).
• Program Management and Support: Develop, maintain and enhance a portfolio of existing and emerging leadership and Inclusion & Diversity learning programs and interventions through collaboration with HR partners and Global L&OD team.
• Content Development: Design, develop and facilitate multi-platform content to support targeted learning and behavioral change using best practices in learning theory, learning technology, change management and communication (e.g. micro-learning, peer learning, action learning, blended solutions, learning portal management, toolkits, and marketing campaigns)
• Facilitation: Strong ''stage presence'' and solid command of audiences large and small. Comfortable facilitating discussions on ambiguous or challenging topics. Can unify and focus a room to gain buy-in and consensus on highly contentious subjects while keeping participants engaged and supported.
• Vendors: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed

• Has deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment - and a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices
• Certifications in external programs and assessments a plus (e.g. Insights Discovery, Strengthscope, Team Diagnostics, Team coaching)
• Ability to travel when required
