Job Description
We are at a very exciting stage of evolution at Netflix. With the growth in employee population, lines of business, geo-diversity, and heterogeneity of employee backgrounds, it is imperative that the Talent function evolves accordingly to shape and support this progress. The Employee Services team is a critical part of this evolution, serving as the outreach channel to all employees across the globe for all their operational HR needs.

The ideal candidate:
• Deeply understand our holistic organizational context and diverse employee needs, and drive the vision, strategy and priorities for the Employee Services teams across the world.
• Partner closely with Employee Services Leads across the globe as well as functional heads of operational services like Benefits, Mobility, etc. to shape a scalable, sustainable service delivery model that is anchored on the most optimum employee experience.
• Represent Talent Experience Operations in the HR leadership team for critical departments like Animation, which may have unique, nuanced needs. Translate these needs into a strategy that effectively caters to the Talent strategy of that department, while leveraging economies of scale across the Netflix wide service delivery platform.
• You will directly manage the Employee Services team for US and Canada, while providing oversight to the global Employee Services strategy. The scope includes the variety of workforces across lines of businesses, union vs non-union employees, etc.
• Continually improve the user experience and operational effectiveness by using levers such as user-centered design thinking, automation, offshoring, outsourcing, etc.
• Go beyond your domain expertise and establish yourself as an organizational leader, who is additive to our culture and an invaluable member of this community. Serve as an example to your team and partners to do the same.

Experience:
• A leader and influencer, with strong business acumen, a vast suite of operations management skills, and expertise in solving complex problems with high user-centricity.
• Experience in building and managing HR operations for diverse workforces, including union-based employees.
• A strong systems thinker, with an ability to prioritize effectively and build sustainable solutions from the ground up versus getting distracted by the shiny object syndrome.
• Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional, geo-distributed organization where your team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across many disciplines.
• Experience in designing and managing shared services for stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Enthusiastic about Netflix's culture.
