Digital Publicity Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Publicity Coordinator to join our team here at Netflix. The Role

In this role, you will be expected to juggle multiple responsibilities and have the ability to pivot quickly from one task to the next. Day-to-day duties will involve the managing of logistical functions of the team including upkeep of team documents and schedules, research into new apps, social platforms, influencers, and digital trends, day-to-day budget maintenance, booking travel for influencers and social platform partners as well as communication with internal and external partners as needed.

This job is based in Los Angeles or New York and reports to the Director of Digital Publicity for Film and Series.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Update and maintain various lists, documents and charts on the department's google drive
• Track and manage influencer social posts and engagement at Netflix events
• Provide support to publicity title teams and digital agencies for digital press and partner pitching, screening invites, junkets, specialty events, and more.
• Manage team calendars and schedule meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with scheduling and facilitation of meetings, including securing of conference rooms, screenings, assist in putting together presentations, and coordinating audiovisual needs.
• Coordinate influencer strategy along with Digital Publicity Specialists. Assist with strategy ideation, influencer identification, outreach and partner management
• Support junket, specialty event, premiere, and press day activities virtually and in person
• Day-to-day maintenance of budgets within Anaplan, track and submit payments and POs
• Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors to track contracts and ensure timely payment, create and submit SOWs, contracts and PO schedule for payment, onboard new vendors as needed
• Assigns early access screeners on PIX & Media Center and troubleshoot as needed
• Facilitate internal workshops with partner organizations and cross-functional teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative Marketing, Strategy, Social, Consumer Products and Experiences, Events and Research to create, communicate and implement best practices and workflow for title campaigns.
• Research and continuously update a database with digital influencers, podcasts, apps, and niche social platforms
• Track and research competitive industry efforts

Qualifications
• 1-2 years experience at a studio, network, agency, social platform, or brand preferably in digitally-oriented positions. Entertainment marketing and project management experience is a plus
• Experience handling a high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people or departments and simultaneously managing competing priorities
• Knowledge of entertainment partners, social media platforms, and content creators.
• Must possess solid organizational skills and be able to manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with internal and external teams
• Be creative and have a point of view. Demonstrate the ability to think innovatively-connecting the dots when others cannot.
• Passionate about entertainment and a fan of film and series.
• Scrappy, resourceful and relentless in trying to find a solution and make wise decisions, even when faced with ambiguity.
• Able to pivot and adapt to shifting priorities without missing a beat
• Curious and eager to learn. Not timid to take risks, make mistakes and then explore what can be done differently or better the next time.

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $65,000 - 320,000
