To support the expanding landscape of our production capabilities, we are looking for an experienced production leader to build solutions, workflows and partnerships to support creative A/V and design work. This role is responsible for managing an existing network of partnerships and building new ones to facilitate the production of creative promotional work. This role entails being an involved leader and a collaborative, decisive problem-solver bridging creative, operations, and post production teams.

The Creative Infrastructure Program Manager is an individual contributor role located in LATAM, reporting to the Manager, Production Planning as part of a global team.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Production Planning, this role will build and lead a network of external agency partners to manage large-scale creative campaigns and innovation work across Marketing and Product.

This Program Manager will be a horizontal leader, connecting teams across Netflix to develop innovative production frameworks, strategic relationships and new ways of working.

This person is responsible for managing a large portfolio of existing solutions, while also leading in the development of new ones across the region, and beyond. They are responsible for overseeing a curated network of creative agency and production partners across LATAM, and partnering with our Planning Insights Manager.

They will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams to identify the optimal production solutions, to create content across Netflix's A/V, Imagery, and Innovation slate.

Responsibilities:

The role is equal parts strategic thought leadership, and hands on workflow implementation and program management. We are looking for someone who will:
• Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders in Product Creative Studio, Marketing, Editorial & Publishing, Creative Labs and Innovation teams.
• Assess business needs and build production solutions across a broad team of cross-functional partners, optimising existing workflows and developing new ones to ensure that we eliminate bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate velocity.
• Manage and scale external agency partnerships, and reimagine the ways our creative teams work with agencies and production teams.
• Establish and maintain best practices across the external ecosystem of managed physical and post production partners.
• Own onboarding and training efforts, maintaining documentation, for new and existing external workflows and partnerships.
• Be a subject-matter expert on the latest trends in creative technologies, formats, and production procedural standards.
• Be responsible for financial tracking/budgeting, performance, and relationship management for external partner agency engagements.
• Have a strong voice in defining and continually raising the bar for creative excellence across all outputs.

Qualifications:
• Extensive production experience across AV, Design and Creative workflows; with an emphasis on short form content, entertainment marketing and creative campaign development at scale.
• Ability to develop long-standing relationships with creative & operational teams.
• A practical understanding of the agency and production company landscape across multiple markets within LATAM.
• Experience analysing and optimising creative & operational workflows from concepting phases through finishing, and localisation.
• Leadership experience at a post production company, marketing agency or studio.
• Experience managing high asset volume projects in parallel, collaborating with high-performing teams to deliver various formats of marketing materials.
• Ability to collaborate with various levels of a fast-paced creative organisation, ideate production solutions quickly, and pivot when necessary.
• Understanding of the latest AV and design software, formats and tooling advancements, including Adobe Creative Suite, 4K and HD.
