With Netflix's growth and expansion across Southeast Asia, it is an exciting time to join the team. We are seeking a highly creative PR Coordinator to help drive innovative regional PR campaigns across our markets, along with providing additional support to the growing Southeast Asia PR team. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times.

About the Role

We are looking to hire a creative self-starter who loves, lives, and breathes entertainment. You will be part of stunning storytellers who are passionate about creative excellence and innovation and can develop and implement impactful PR campaigns at a regional level.

Reporting to the Head of PR, SEA, the role requires excellent cross-functional relationships, and the ability to build and maintain strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders across media, influencers, and talent.

Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative publicity campaigns for our films and series from all around the world to drive conversation and engagement
• Tell creative single title and multi-title storytelling, and outside-the-box campaigns
• Develop product communication campaigns and materials to raise awareness on our product features and constant improvement
• Build and maintain great relationships with internal and external stakeholders including reporters, talent representatives, talent/showrunners, and our partners
• Coordinate with XF partners (content, production management, marketing, E&P, etc)
• Write press releases and editorial plans
• Plan and manage set visits and press conferences
• Assist with talent travel needs
• Update and maintain various publicity related tools, databases, and trackers
• Prepare materials for awards & festival submissions

The successful candidate for this role will likely have:
• At least 5 years of previous coordinator/project management experience preferred
• Prior entertainment studio, TV network, PR, or agency experience preferred
• Possess a keen understanding of media and have relationships with the press
• Be able and willing to operate in a global environment
• Be a clear and concise communicator in English. Ability to speak and write in one other Southeast Asian language preferred
• Have experience executing a PR campaign by working well across disciplines
• Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline and thrive in high energy, fast-paced environment
