Job Description
It's the chance to be on the ground floor with a team that handles multi-title events for Netflix in the US -- across film, series and documentaries. It's a chance to support the team that is strategizing and executing against the bigger promotional campaign for high quality content.
The Role
The events coordinator will play a key role in supporting and contributing to a team that handles festivals, conventions, awards events, and brand events.
Tasks are varied, extensive and timely. They will include but are not limited to: working with coordinators across the department to put in place a set of best practices that enable us to move quicker, bigger and better; supporting multi-title events and other varied event activations; coordinating with outside agencies and vendors to track contracts and ensure timely payment; assisting with meeting schedules and facilitation, including help putting together presentations; updating guest lists, documents and charts on the department's google drive; helping to coordinate the invite process; trafficking creative and screening asset requests; and eventually managing certain events autonomously.

Qualifications
The successful candidate for Coordinator, Multi-Title Events will have at least three years of events entertainment experience. They will be a clear and concise communicator in a variety of media. The role is focused on the UCAN (United States, Canada) region but some travel may be required.
