Our Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team specifically plays a key role in this effort, and we are hiring a Learning & Organizational Development Coordinator to support our efforts across the UCAN Region. This is a full-time position that will be part of the L&OD team based in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage daily operations and activities supporting global L&OD efforts
• Meeting logistics (i.e. meeting scheduling, EDU event setups, Zoom functionality, agenda support/creation, note-taking, etc
• Maintain tracking of projects and key initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader L&OD team and key stakeholders
• Reporting as needed/requested
• Update and maintain content on learning platforms
• Support the creation and updating of learning materials
• Collaborate with UCAN partners to streamline and/or create templates
• Support creation/management of L&OD communications
• Ownership of maintaining UCAN portfolio updates in L&OD team central tool
• Maintain UCAN shared folder
• Collaboration on process development as needed
• Own contracting process with vendors, including the development of MSA and SOWs, in partnership with team lead
• Audit and approve vendor invoices

Preferred Experience
• You've been a talent, recruiting, event, or project coordinator
• You've had experience supporting training or learning events and/or broader Talent efforts (e.g. team development activities, ERG efforts, culture conversations, onboarding efforts, offsite design, recruiting events, etc.)
• Experience working with learning systems and technology - e.g., Zoom video conferencing software
