Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator, Content Acquisition who will join the Kids & Family Business Partnerships & Acquisitions team. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong contractual understanding, and significant initiative. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in contract administration and the willingness to evolve with the Netflix platform. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Content Acquisition.

Responsibilities Include:
• Managing the execution of new agreements, title acquisition, and launch across departments including Content Ops, Legal, Finance, and Content Acquisition.
• Analyzing, interpreting, and inputting content license and/or acquisition agreements and processes while overseeing accurate title, windows, territories, languages, and other contracts and rights setup.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams, making tactical decisions, and communicating group strategy.
• Tracking title schedules and key dates for delivery, amendments, start dates, renewals, options, etc.
• Conducting market and competitive research to deepen industry knowledge and discover new opportunities.
• Draft basic amendments.
• Maintaining flexibility and openness to take on additional projects.
• Increase the Content Acquisition team's operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot title issues quickly and efficiently, including assets, windowing, payments, deliverables, etc.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of related work experience is required, a background in contract administration is preferred.
• Prior consulting, finance, media, or media-focused technology or research experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have a love for kids and family content. Knowledge of domestic and international studio landscape is a plus.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated good judgment and strong critical thinking skills.
• Proven communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with strong follow-through.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. Experience with Google suite of programs is a plus.
• Highly collaborative, resourceful, and curious with a calm demeanor.
• Research and analytics experience is a plus but not required.
