Job Description
Compensation Analyst (Mexico City)

It's an exciting time to join the Compensation Team at Netflix as we continue to expand! At Netflix, we have a unique approach to compensation which helps us attract and retain stunning colleagues around the world. We pay employees at their personal top of market for the role we're hiring them into by making a good-faith estimate of the compensation each person could make at peer firms. This requires managers and the Talent team to combine competitive data we are able to extract from the external market alongside conventional data sources. To do this effectively, we need a compensation team that can balance both the art and science of compensation levels and design.

To that end, we are building out our global compensation team and are hiring a Compensation Program Analyst focused primarily on driving our global compensation review process, including development and delivery of key materials, timelines and team analytics. This role will be responsible for partnering with regional and functional Compensation leads as well as HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure the success of our company-wide compensation review cycle and global compensation program initiatives.

The role will be hybrid and based in Mexico City. The role will require occasional travel to California, USA.

In this role you will:
• Manage our annual Compensation Review cycle including development of company-wide communications, development and coordination of functional / regional timelines and milestones and tracking status
• Support Program and Operations daily activities including production of program initiative presentations, buildout of regional / functional timelines, and team analytics
• Collaborate and facilitate progress with our functional and regional teams to achieve team goals and initiatives
• Develop tools, dashboards, and communications to help support the compensation needs of the business
• Support the development and rollout of our global compensation programs, such as pay equity, comp philosophy training, comp reviews
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, login information, renewal dates
• Participate in compensation surveys on behalf of Netflix

What we are looking for:
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Experience managing an organization-wide program or process
• Experience working with global HR Partners
• Experience developing and delivering communications materials
• Comfortable organizing complex programs and timelines
• Navigate ambiguity and be comfortable with some level of inconsistency
• Comfortable working with large data sets through Google Sheets and/or Excel
