As Netflix continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate to join the Creative Production Strategy, Planning & Analysis (CP SP&A) team supporting the Product Creative Studio function within Creative Production. Creative Production is comprised of multiple teams responsible for developing promotional assets that help our members discover and choose stories on the Netflix platform. Specifically, the Product Creative team develops promotional artwork and video assets; so if an interesting trailer or image has ever gotten you to click ''play'', you've experienced the work of our Product Creative Studio team.

This role will be based out of Los Angeles, California, with periodic travel globally. It will report directly to a Senior Manager, as well as require close cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Data Science & Engineering, Creative Production & Promotion (supports tooling/solutions), Product Innovation, Marketing Strategy, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Establish a trusted relationship with the Product Creative Studio leaders to help drive strategic initiatives end-to-end from recommendation to implementation
• Develop scalable frameworks and/or execute analyses to help drive global operational improvements and/or enable decision-making
• Support US-specific analytical needs, and coordinate ex-US analytical support with ex-US based CP SP&A team members
• Help build and maintain data infrastructure across teams that will help surface business insights and provide more visibility into KPIs
• Partner with Product Creative Studio stakeholders and Data Science partners to develop global steering metrics (financial and/or operational) and reporting tools for leaders
• Understand and advise on Product Creative Studio budget and headcount planning needs
• Support cross-functional partnerships (e.g., Marketing, Innovation) that impact Product Creative Studio operations
• Partner with Product and Engineering partners to develop tools/solutions to optimize operations
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable take-aways for creative business partners
• Drive creation of deliverables and present findings to senior business partners
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience ideally in management consulting and/or media / entertainment / tech company in a strategy / operations role. We are looking for candidates that have worked in a highly-demanding environment in which complex modeling and analysis is performed
• Candidates are required to be highly analytical, possess strategic thinking ability, and be strong, effective communicators. You must be self-motivated, be able to work effectively autonomously, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
• Expert working knowledge of Excel and the ability to quickly learn internal tools; working knowledge of visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in Media / Entertainment / Creative Agency is a plus, but not a prerequisite
