Job Description
The mission of the Production Operations & Technology Solutions (POTS) team is to empower Netflix to achieve its operational goals and creative pursuits through a unique blend of production technology expertise and hands-on operational execution experience. The team leads technology and operational alignment with our regional Production, Post, VFX, Music and Technology teams, operating as the connective tissue with Studio Production Innovation (SPI) in providing technical solutions and support for title management functions. This includes improving the ability to deliver content into the Netflix ecosystem and operationalizing new production technologies and tools.

This role will be in charge of facilitating data and information collection, developing new and navigating existing operational workflows, and assessing problem size. You will support POTS and our extended teams, based regionally in UCAN, LATAM, UK/EMEA, and APAC.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with POTS management to define key milestones and tasks for each project. Ensure there is clear ownership and hold individual(s) accountable for delivering on tasks.
• Work with POTS and regional Production Technology & Operations (PT&O) teams to define problem scope, collect business requirements, and deliver high-quality analysis based on anecdotal and quantitative data.
• Coordinate with N-Tech and other support organizations to ensure the successful rollout of new products or fixes/upgrades to existing toolsets. This includes crafting communication to key stakeholders, contributing to guidance or best practices documentation, and managing Slack channel or ticket management system(s) to ensure high quality of service.
• Work with Studio Product and Creative Technologies (CT) to perform evaluations of 3rd party solutions and provide business context from practical application POV to ensure alignment around preferred/recommended solutions.
• Find reductive user habits as candidate problem areas for process improvement and/or automation.
• Consolidate information and data for all internal and 3rd party technology solutions utilized across the Studio. This includes documenting application features, costs, user provisioning approach, identifying support contact, facilitating training/education of solutions, and more.
• Collaborate with technology solutions managers within Studio Product to:Promote POTS's needs, requirements, and prioritiesParticipate in product and application testingCataloging and maintaining feedback reportsIssue attribution and reproductionParticipate in product sprint planning
• Work closely with team leads to adapt talking points into clear and engaging narrative/visual layouts

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management
• Knowledge of the product development workflow, project management, UAT, functional documentation development
• Some knowledge and experience of the content creation process, on set production and post-production services, and workflows.
• Able to self-direct, follow up and follow through on prescribed endeavors and needs, and deliver without constant direct supervision.
• Knowledge and understanding of metadata and how it tracks between production and post-productionExperience with and ability to respectfully engage with creative executives and content creators
• Ability to manage and operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to socialize, explain and ''sell'' new and complex operational strategies, practices, and workflows
• Some experience in designing and building websites; has an eye for designProven track record of taking initiative, ideation, and implementation
• Experience and understanding of required documentation and scope definition
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple functions, skills, and locations
